I was disappointed by not knowing that I would be asked to cover the parking bill for the day. I understand MCO’s policy but I would be transparent about that and or just include it in the price of the vehicle.
Other than that I had a GREAT experience which is why I’m leaving 5 stars regardless of the parking situation!

Great all the way! Clean and comfortable. Charging cord came in handy. No complaints at all! It fit so many luggages for our large family. My family was comfortable. Host made it easy to find the car at the airport lot. Host was very fast with responses for any questions I had. Host checked in to ensure everything was going smooth during our stay. We were able to extend the car for another day without any issues. I would rent from the same host when I come back to Orlando!

I had a rental for 5 days prior to this rental that I had for only one day practically a few hours and was charged for tolls. The van was a nice sure. But the toll charge was disappointing to say the least.

However, toll charges are based solely on the toll roads used during each trip, regardless of how many hours or days the vehicle was rented. These charges are documented and processed through Turo; they are not arbitrary fees added by the host. We’re sorry this caused disappointment, but guests are responsible for the tolls incurred during their reservation.
