The van was very clean and ran very well. Van himself was extremely wonderful to deal with. The van was easy to locate with directions given i am also a first time renter with them. Will Totally use this service again.

Host was honest and direct indicating two different issues the night before. (Previous guest smoked in the car and rear camera wasn’t working) host forgot to mention that it was weed and not tobacco so the smell was bad, our clothes were smelling for two days after getting out the car . Too late to change or rebook. Car was easy to find with good instructions.
A few more issues like the driver seat belt not working, needed to push it several times until you get it right, got disconnected several times while driving which is a safety concern. Also apple play was on and off, tried with different cables and different phones. Gas tank lid is also broken/loose, lost a few minutes trying to open it while filling the tank.
Under Average experience overall and felt overpriced after realizing all these issues, host was communicative and constantly checking about the first two issues mentioned the night before which was a good thing. A car with all these many issues should be at a much lower rental price than the others in the same category.
I value integrity, which is why I disclosed the odor immediately after a previous guest’s return. Despite this, the car was fully disinfected. My 100% cleanliness rating reflects this standard. You chose to proceed despite the option to cancel. Regarding the car: the "capless" fuel tank is a standard design, and CarPlay requires MFi-certified cables, not "dollar store" versions. We also cleared food debris from the seatbelt buckle. The vehicle is in perfect order. Thank you.

The car was very clean, smelled amazing, communication was top tier however there were a few tiedous things that were mentioned that he was already in the making of repairing we just didn’t know prior to booking the vehicle
I must clarify the facts. You smoked marijuana inside the vehicle, a severe violation of Turo policy. While you claims the car smelled amazing when you got it, the next guest unfortunately will not have that same experience of cleanliness. You left an unbearable smoke odor that completely disrupted my business and ruined the experience for the subsequent customer.
