The pick up was a bit of a mess. It was booked for 11:30am (I received an email that it would be there at 10:30am) vehicle arrived about 12:15pm. I asked if there was any compensation for the delay and I was told to keep it longer, having flights I advised this didn’t work and was not acknowledged, just was told repetitively I could drop off later than set time. I would have rather been told no compensation than just getting the same answer I already explained didn’t work. The van drove good just little issues like passenger window button broken, vent clips missing nothing major. I would recommend if communication could improve.

The van and communication was AMAZING!!! Super roomy and was a smooth ride. We will definitely use them again as it is way easier than a rental and the choices are great!!! Thanks for making this aspect of the trip smooth sailing
