Car was good, clean, no issues. Communication was great, easy drop off and pick up.
Car shifts a bit hard in low gear, didnt give us any real issue. The second row back screens were too dark to see the movie, but I think it was a setting I couldnt find. We didnt spend much time trying to get it to work.

BEWARE! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST. Here's my experience with Thiago and his associates.
First, he wanted to change my vehicle because of an "incident". When I asked what the incident was they said it just needed an oil change. When I picked up my vehicle from the airport it smelled like vomit. I immediately messaged them and they dismissed my complaint saying that it must be the smell of fresh paint from the body work that was just done from the accident. So there was no oil change. The vehicle was in a collision.
Next the headlight went out. That took two days to get fixed.
Then the check engine light came on and the transmission started failing. That wasn't addressed for an entire week. The vehicle shut off while I was driving and I could have been in an accident.
So, on the last day of my two-week rental, they finally agree to swap out the vehicle but show up 35 minutes late.
They also promised a 50% refund. They reneged on that. They even said they submitted the refund request to Turo. Turo confirmed that never happened. Now they've been ignoring my messages and calls for the last 10 days.
So, unless you want to be scammed, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST.
