It was very hard to find the dark grey van in the dark parking lot.
Van drives great but AC was not as cold as we would like.
Cannot open gas cap cover door by pushing the door cover. Need to manually open it with fingernails due to broken latch mechanism.

I’ll work on improving the pickup instructions to make the vehicle easier to locate, especially at night. I’ll also check the AC performance and address the gas cap latch issue to ensure everything is working properly. Great trip, car served us well for lots of storage. There was an extra kid booster in the car that we wish was not there. No issues with pick up and drop off.

The back up camera on the car did not work. I had previously messaged with the host and he agreed to drop the car off at the terminal so that we would not have to take the shuttle to the economy lot with 3 small children and all of our stuff. They were running late to drop the car off and did not park it at the terminal. It took time from our trip and added a lot of stress having to take the shuttle. Once we got that sorted the trip went fine.
