Car was ok, transmission clunks into gear at low speeds, and we had a tire pop on the road and the host made us pay… not really great service in my opinion. Pickup and drop off was easy though. Response time was very slow. Would not rent from them again

This was a perfect rental. We had eight people, three adults and five kids and it fit everybody comfortably. The check-in process was extremely smooth and easy and the van was parked right outside the airport which made it extremely easy to locate. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely be using them again. Five stars‼️

Car was not clean. He had 3 car seats I requested, but none secured. The car seats were dirty and expired well past use dates. The infant car seat didn’t even have chest buckle and they had the nerve to tell me some cars seats don’t come with those. We sat in the hot car over an hour trying to contact the owner before Turo had to step in and assist. From there on, the owner kept referring to the dirtiness as an oversight but then tried to make the car seat safety issue minor. I would never recommend this service for anyone who cares for children’s safety or well being.
