Pick up was good, drop off was ok parking location has no service and the car check engine light was on, car was making a loud noise. This car should’nt been able to rent out.

This was a horrible experience. First of all, they forgot to provide the baby car seat with the car. They asked us to drive back to pick it up, which meant we had no choice but to drive without a car seat for my two-year-old. They also offered a $100 reimbursement for us to buy a car seat ourselves. We purchased one and sent them the receipt, but they never processed the refund.
We reached out to Turo, and they said the host never contacted them. The car also had very serious engine issues, but the host kept insisting that it was normal and that all Pacifica vehicles sound like that.
Very bad host. I highly do not recommend them.
