One of the tires was low so I had to waste time getting it pumped up. The rear seats were missing straps needed to fully fold down the rear seats. When I asked if they found a way to fold down the rear seats they said yes but neglected to say how. Wow, how helpful. Don't act like an actual business if you're going to be sloppy like this.

Battery has a charging issue and would not retain a charge after an hour of use
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
