DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON!
The first issue started before I even got the car. I let them know I would be in a little earlier than expected and he was not helpful at all. I explained that I was traveling with my elderly mother and his response was if she can travel she can wait till the drop off time. I told him she was medically fragile and if there was any way he could accommodate us. It was only 2 hours earlier than I had reserved for. I then asked him if he would refund the money and I would find another car. He wouldn’t budge he just recommended I get a ride to my resort. When He dropped off the car it had
a faulty headrest and is now trying to say I did it. He is dishonest and very unprofessional. He charged me for gas and I left the vehicle with a full tank! When I called him out on it. He started calling me names. THIS HOST EVEN MESSAGED ME SAYING “I KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND WHERE YOU LIVE BECAUSE OF YOUR LICENSE” these people are awful!! I wonder how many people he has overcharged and lied about just to add fees and got away with it!
Also, during the middle of our trip the key fob went out. He recommended we go buy a battery and change it out and he would reimburse us. You can’t reimburse time taken out of your vacation! I looked up the business and I will definitely be making a complaint about his conduct.

He arrived over 2 hours early, outside the reservation time, yet I still accommodated him at a different location. He used a non-refundable discount, fully aware no refund applied. Check-in records show the rear seat in perfect condition, but it was returned damaged. Checkout photos confirm the tank was not full, supported by a receipt from a nearby gas station. GPS logs also show no stop for refueling before drop-off. His claims are inconsistent with the documented evidence.
