Problem occured on a trip that took much longer than intended to repair. Thought it would be completed by this trip. Could have been driven but wasn't confident in A/C and its over 100 degrees so we cancelled. Today is the 11th and still in shop waiting on parts.

After last trip the van had an issue that we had to take to shop. Did not plan and change over between trips didn't allow for us to get into the shop. That is the why the late notice. We notified the renter and apologized but better cancelled than her breaking down on the road.
Car was clean, directions were clear, no issues!
