Before getting to the airport, I got a message, letting me know that the instructions would be delivered 30 minutes prior to check-in. I landed early and I was wondering where the instructions were but the car wasn’t parked until exactly at my check-in time so being promised early check-in was kind of a bummer.. the second day of having the car the service light came on the car was running extremely rough. I was offered a swap, but I had to go all the way back to the location where the host was which I wasn’t able to do. It would’ve been too far. I was at Disney World in Orlando and I picked up the car in Tampa. The host never offered to come pick up the car until I had to ask for a roadside assistance to come grab the car. The host was apologetic, but I don’t feel like there was enough effort after I told him that there was constant jerking and twitching even when the car was sitting in park with the service light on. Needless to say the family trip became a huge headache over this car..

No navigation feature.
Radio was hard to function.

Host has great communication, very detailed when explaining pick up location. Vehicle was cleaned and had no issues .

This van was great for us! Very clean and in great condition. No issues. Host was easy to contact and gave easy detailed instructions. Very easy to find where the van was parked and easy dropoff instructions. Will definitely use again next time we’re in town
