Sorry we cannot refund the non-refundable reservation, nor allowing early pick up w/o modification to reflect the right date. And of course refusal you credit wish for additional car rented somewhere else cuz this 8 passenger van not big enough. But we did offer 1 year credit for future use, 30 minutes early pickup, and did offer upgrade to our Mercedes Benz 15 passenger van and waved extra miles of $65. We did what we can.
