The car itself was excellent—new, clean, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the customer service was terrible. I had to call and send multiple messages while I was on vacation to try to resolve an issue, but it was never properly handled. In the end, I had to pay an additional $150.
Because of this experience, I won't be renting through Turo again. Be sure to watch out for unexpected fees when using this company.
