This was the smoothest most professional car rental I’ve ever experienced. The owner was accessible and easy to talk to his car was perfect clean, gas efficient and met all my needs. I will definitely be booking with YERBOLAT again.

It was an easy pick up and drop off. The car did make some funky noises on the way home when breaking. Owner was very quick to respond though and eased our worries! Its a bit stained inside as well but overall really nice!

The host was very responsive and flexible. The van was ready with a full tank of gas. My family was very comfortable during our trip.

Host is very responsive with questions. The reason i gave a 4 stars is because the car smells like vomit. Found an old container with spoiled food under the passenger seat. Our whole week of trip we had to deal with the smell. Host is very apologetic, and ensure to deep clean the car so it wont happen again to other renter.
