The van was perfect for our trip to the Bay Area and back. We had absolutely no issues and made the entire trip on one full tank of gas. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of 7, with plenty of extra room for all of our luggage. The host’s communication was clear, prompt, and helpful throughout the entire rental. We had a great experience and would definitely book again!

No stars. Did not give us ample time notice that the car was not working meanwhile our trip is a couple hours. Never using turo again I knew it would be an issue.

I got a flat tire while preparing car for the trip, I called right away to notify customer. This trip never happened and it is unfortunate that it happened right before trip start, however it was not safe to drive. Tires were replaced and car drives good
