Car was super clean and drove great, pickup location was convenient and easy to find. Host communication left a little bit to be desired, as I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get into the vehicle upon my arrival. This isn’t the end of the world, but it’s also not enjoyable to stand in a parking garage with young kids at 10 PM waiting for 20 minutes and unable to get ahold of the host. However, this was just a small issue and overall, the experience was great and the vehicle was perfect for what we needed for the week.
