Jessica, we’re sorry your trip didn’t go as expected and understand how stressful it must have been to experience vehicle concerns at 4:00 a.m.
After the vehicle was towed back to us, we thoroughly inspected it. The van drove normally, no transmission issues were present, and the check engine light that was reported cleared on its own after approximately 10 minutes of driving. Even so, we take every report seriously and will continue monitoring the vehicle to ensure it meets our stadards.
