This was the best rental experience all around. Have rented many cars in my 60 years. This was by far the best experience. Joseph the hosts’ commutation was exceptional. His instructions for pick up and drop off included pictures and was a quick easy process. His responsiveness to messages through our 5 week rental was immediate!! The Chrysler Pacifica was perfect for our multi generation Florida trip. Seats fold up and down effortlessly and more room than we even needed for 5 people, luggage and golf clubs! Highly recommend renting with Joseph!!!! We will again for sure.
