Tire pressure was low , when we received the car. Had to put air multiple times.
Then tire popped on the road. Had to install spare and call car service.
Clearly it needs maintenance, the light turned on during our trip.
However, the car was good for the family trip. Just very disappointing that we had to deal with all the inconvenience.

Thank you for your feedback. Before the trip, the vehicle was inspected and no tire pressure issue was found, and the previous guest did not report any tire problems. During the trip, you mentioned adding air multiple times but did not contact us. If we had been notified earlier, we could have arranged an inspection before the tire issue became more serious. The tire later failed on the road, and AAA installed the spare tire
The car was clean and pickup was easy.

The Toyota sienna it was perfect for our family vacation to the lake very spacious, would definitely contact Elina again for our next trip.
