The van was wonderful, and the host was very helpful when we had a medical emergency and needed to extend our trip. Thank you so much for being so accommodating. Would definitely recommend the van rental to anyone looking for a comfortable spacious family vehicle with excellent gas mileage.

This host had detailed pickup instructions written out beforehand, but communication before and during the trip was very limited. Upon arrival to pickup the van, it had a parking brake malfunction error code. This was undisclosed beforehand and a work around to turn off the error was provided upon contacting the host. Other than that, it worked well for my trip.
