Rented this large SUV for a ski trip and it was perfect for the occasion. The car was in great condition, very comfortable to drive, and had more than enough space for all our gear. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely rent this car again.

Pick up location was easy to find, car was everything it promised and beyond, host was helpful and the process was seamless.

The car was not clean when I picked it up. The interior had not been properly cleaned, and it did not feel ready for a new customer. This was disappointing and below expected standards. Another inconvenience was the drop-off process. The car had to be returned to the exact same location, and there was no airport drop-off option available. It would have been much more convenient if airport drop-off was offered, even for an extra fee. Because of this, I had to return the car to New Jersey and then take a taxi with my luggage to JFK airport, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the experience could have been much better with proper cleaning and more flexible drop-off options.
