I had a great experience renting from Sir Ford and his Uncle... They were both extremely understanding, kind, easy to communicate with, and respectful throughout my rental...
From the very beginning, they took the time to do a complete walkthrough of the truck with me, showing me where everything was, including the emergency brake, and explaining how everything worked...
I really appreciated how upfront they were about their expectations and rental rules... They were very transparent, soft-spoken, and professional, which made me feel comfortable and confident before driving away...
I ended up in an unexpected situation that caused me to be late returning the truck... Even though I felt terrible about it, they didn't get upset or make me feel worse. Instead, they communicated with me respectfully and reassured me that things happen. Their patience and professionalism meant a lot during a stressful time.
The truck itself was amazing... very spacious, reliable, and surprisingly great on gas. It was exactly what we needed for moving my apartment. Moving as a single parent with just my teenagers to help isn't easy 😅 but this truck made the job so much smoother, and we got it done...
