This was my first bad experience with Turo. First thing was the odor in the vehicle second the oil change was almost 7,000 miles overdue. I had to put in 2 quartz of oil because there was barely any oil on the dip stick! The brakes were squeaking so loud that it was embarrassing to hit the brakes. The windshield was filthy the wipers need to be replaced and the steering wheel was sticky!

The first thing is you are lying about steering wheel been sticky because i sanitized all my vehicles, I told you that Firestone did the oil change and did not change the sticker, the next thing is someone smoke weed in the vehicle and i had to ozone the vehicle. the rain was pouring and I couldn't open the door and windows to air it out, I take very good care of my vehicles.
