Excellent car quality. Service was excellent as well. I needed a specific car with only 1 day notice they had available. Dropped it off at my home and picked it up at end of trip. Also made it easy if I had to cancel or extend trip. When I had a question they had a live person and phone # to call. Instead of those robot “service” that never help for your unique needs and waste of time and transfer you if you’re lucky to a person that takes all the same info, who transfers you to another dept etc…I will use Turo from now on. Even the pick up and drop off at airport or other is easy. Specific map supplied for the location, helps when driving in unfamiliar city. Offers roadside service. I give them a 10
