The star reduction was due to being pulled over by the cops when the license in the front was not properly fixed to the car and the host did not answer the phone while in conversation with the cop. The host assured us that the plate would be fixed and legally put on the front of the car. This occurred at the end of our trip.
Other than the incident with the cop which led to a warning - the car got us from point A to point B. The host was communicative and flexible with us when our flight was delayed a day.
