The vehicle looked clean at pickup, but unfortunately I ran into a serious cleanliness issue during the trip that became bad enough that I was not comfortable continuing to use it.
Between the vehicle condition and the amount of time I lost dealing with the return, this ended up being one of the worst rental experiences I have had. I would not rent from this provider again and suggest anyone who considers it to RUN far away to another renter. All that glitters is not gold...

I’m sorry you feel this way. When you said you were uncomfortable continuing the trip, I allowed you to return the vehicle early and did my best to accommodate your concerns. Unfortunately, the vehicle was then towed without my consent instead of being returned to the agreed location. I always strive to work with my guests respectfully and provide a clean, reliable vehicle.
BEWARE RENTERS!!!!! I will NEVER EVER rent a vehicle from Turo or these individuals ever again. There was a roach infestation in the vehicle. When we picked it up, it looked clean and ready to go. The first couple nights there may have been a roach here or there that we killed. Which is expected in a tropical climate. But on the fourth night on. There were baby roaches and big roaches! We contacted the host to see if we could get a new vehicle and they informed us that they would try and remedy the problem they did nothing! They then told us they would follow Turo’s direction. So we contacted Turo. They did nothing! We informed Turo of their own health and safety policy and still nothing. They said that the host said they left us a clean car and it’s because of where we parked. I informed them it isn’t from that. The other vehicles that I have rented from Turo have been amazing. This one a nightmare. This is not the ALOHA that I expected. I am offended that you use that meaningful word. Being from Hawaii I never use that frivolously. You should be ashamed!

I’m sorry for the experience did not meet your expectations. The vehicle was cleaned and did not observed roach infestation and turo reviewed the delivery photos. I followed turo’s guidance and after the vehicle was returned, had it fumigated as an additional precaution. Unfortunately i did not have vehicle available for replacement. MAHALO FOR YOUR SHARING YOUR CONCERNS.
The vehicle was clean and easy to find. Pickup and return were simple and convenient. Easy to communicate
