10/10 experience! The car was in excellent condition and incredibly clean when I picked it up. The pickup location was convenient and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Outstanding Turo experience! We traveled to Maui with our 15-month-old twins, and Tam and Yen made everything incredibly easy. Communication was prompt, pickup instructions were clear, and the Odyssey was clean, comfortable, and exactly what our family needed.
We had a few schedule changes during our trip, and Tam was very flexible and accommodating. We especially appreciated the airport drop-off option and the seamless contactless process. It felt like they genuinely cared about making our trip stress-free.
