Van was in good shape, but slightly more run down (couldn't remove the middle seat between the captain's chairs and one of the back seats struggled to fold down and up. Clanking noise when shifting out of park sometimes) and not as clean as we would like, but it helped us not worry too much about it at drop off. It was easy to find at the airport parking and get in the vehicle. Rich was very responsive and even left us some water bottles in the vehicle. We had to pay the maximum daily parking fee ($25) to get out of the parking garage. So that was unexpected when we had already paid the $60 delivery fee in turo. Drop off back at the airport was easy.
