Quality of car was great! Host check in before during and after to ensure everything was OK. Pick up was a central location and easy process. Family enjoyed the Family Car. I will definitely rent again from him I

The Honda Odyssey functioned just fine but it has a residual “smoke” smell that permeates the entire vehicle. Please be aware that if you arrive late to pick up your vehicle that you may have to pay for parking. It was only $13 but this was the first time that I had to pay extra for my Turo rental outside of the entire process and no warning or disclosure was given at the time of booking. We ended up taking a later flight than originated and I didn’t make any adjustments to my pickup time because it was never an issue in all my past Turo rentals. Overall, it was a good value but far from perfect.
Kirk, the rental was dropped off at the requested time on the Turo app. Since your flight was delayed several hours there were extra fees the airport charged. The airport charges $3 per hour, with the first 30 minutes free. If your flight was on time or if you would have communicated the later flight this would not have been an issue. I appreciate the transparency in your above review admitting the error there. As for the smoke smell, sometimes guests don't respect our vehicles unfortunately.
