Yes, we canceled the trip due to concern of the customer's low rating. The Customer only had 6 trips with a 3 star rating for smoking and damaging other Host vehicle's on 3 different occasions. I'm here to serve the guest but I also have a responsibility to protect my business.

Great experience with host and vehicle.
Please don't rent to this Guest. She returned my minivan with damage to the front passenger door and to the radiator. I can clearly see she or someone she let drive the vehicle hit something. When I contacted her she act as if she had no idea, when you can clearly see. Then she stop responding. Clearly don't want to take responsibility. As we was cleaning the vehicle we found a male driver's license with the same address as hers. Then it was clear the male was driving the vehicle not her.
