Host was very responsive on Turo, and was happy to meet me a bit earlier so that I could be on the road by the start time
The car had some minor problems, some cosmetic damage too, but nothing that affected my trip - otherwise a brilliant machine, a V6 with 8 seats, blind spot camera, more cupholders than I needed, as well as all the usual stuff that you get in a car nowadays, but be warned - it's not a compact car
I didn't end up needing the car for the whole trip, and the host was able to meet me the evening before my return date to take the car back, and agreed to sort out the small issues I mentioned to him
5* Host, 4.5* car, will definitely hire again
