I genuinely cannot say enough good things about my experience with this host! The 2017 Honda Odyssey was great, pickup was incredibly easy, communication was excellent, and the host was accommodating from beginning to end.
What really made this experience stand out was the situation I found myself in before booking. I had originally reserved a vehicle through Enterprise, only to arrive at Santa Barbara Airport and discover they had run out of cars due to a wedding in the area. Suddenly, I was left without transportation, and to make matters worse, I was there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday weekend. Needless to say, having reliable transportation was incredibly important to me.
Despite my last-minute booking and unexpected circumstances, this host absolutely went above and beyond to accommodate me. He was responsive, understanding, flexible, and made the entire process incredibly smooth during what could have been a very stressful situation.
The Odyssey was exactly what I needed, and having dependable transportation allowed me to focus on what actually mattered: enjoying a special birthday weekend with my daughters.
I’m genuinely grateful for the hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional service. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such an effort to accommodate their guests, especially on short notice.
Five stars without hesitation! I would absolutely rent from this host again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and an outstanding rental experience.
