The hosts were great and very communicative. The car I originally reserved was cancelled the day of the reservation due to a safety recall. The hosts were very accommodating to provide an alternative vehicle. The alternative vehicle was ok. The A/C was, at times, just fine. On a longer drive it eventually felt like it wasn’t even working at all. Also whatever was used to clean the floor mats made them very slick. This was a minor issue for the kids. The ride was a bit rough as well but not a huge deal. I would definitely rent from the host again but would not rent the same vehicle.
