The car was great, don’t get me wrong. But we had a pick up at 6am and you couldn’t answer for 5 hours. Got all of us worried looking for another vehicle. A little unprofessional, accidents happen but this gave everyone a headache and worrisome for our VACATION. It was given dirty which we just rolled with it since we were in short timing. :/ Thank you though.

The car was clean on the carpets and center console, and seats but other areas (door pockets, front window inside, cup holders) looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was very little communication with host. I sent 2 messages and didn’t receive any responses. Because I’ve don’t Turo before I had an idea of expectations for return but didn’t receive any instructions from host. The car drove fine and we were able to pick up on time, just disappointed in the host communication and cleanliness.
