i forgot to take pictures i put oil in the car because it was shaking a little beside that it’s a nice car good on gas. my trip was a success and i filled the gas back up

Extremely unsatisfied. The vehicle has over 230k miles on it. The check engine is on in the car. The owner says it comes on and off due to a sensor issue. The car overheated within the first 26 hours of having the vehicle. The host fell asleep after I told him I was towing the vehicle to his home. He requested it to be towed to a different address, just to become unresponsive when we get to the requested location. Then text the next day stating he had fell asleep and so on and so forth. Extremely unprofessional. Turo should not be allowing this kind of vehicle to be rented.

The car passed a complete inspection just a few days ago and I am sorry for your bad experience. You can simply pay more and rent a newer car. For the communication part, I initially replied immediately. I didn’t know you would need to contact me afterwards and it was around midnight. You could have simply dropped off the car on the street in front of the shop the same way you did in front of the house. Plan to sell this car soon anyways. Will try to do better next time!
Car broke down on me had me stuck for multiple hours host showed no interest in helping me

Are you kidding me? How can I help you? I asked whether you have a roadside assistance. You didn’t even mention me how the axle was broken. In a normal driving situation, they wouldn’t break unless you hit an object like a sidewalk or something. We will see what my mechanic says tomorrow after getting my car almost 10 days after your abandonment.
This car wasn’t a good care brand it back early ! Hard to stop and it puts its just not a smooth car
