The pickup location was poorly lit and difficult to find the car according to GPS Coordinates. Walked back and forth through this hotel parking lot looking for the car. This would not be a problem during daylight hours.

Everything went very smoothly. Easy pickup, great car that drove easily with no issues. Easy drop off and very clear instructions. Very good communication from the host as well!

The car quality, pick up location and host were all great.
There were a few things that did not work for me though.
1. We paid a $65 pet fee and yet were told to clean the car fully before returning yet how do we get to the airport return garage without the dog being in the car?
2. We paid extra for a child car seat and there were no instructions in the car to install it and it was not installed upon arrival. Also the car seat smelled like vomit and when we communicated this to the host they simply said they were sorry and did not offer to bring us a replacement or pay to have it cleaned for our week long rental. So we had it cleaned.
3. We asked for a 3:30PM pick up and according to the garage parking ticket which we had to pay the car had been dropped off at 6:43AM so we had to pay a full day of parking instead of a couple hours.

Van was great for our family trip to Olympic National Park. Pick up and drop off was easy at Seattle Airport parking garage. No issues at all with the van, great service!
