This was my first experience using Turo, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The vehicle was exceptionally clean, comfortable, spacious, and equipped with great features such as heated seats, Apple CarPlay, and automatic doors. It was the perfect vehicle for our needs.
The host was outstanding and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire rental process. They were responsive, professional, and quick to answer any questions I had. The pickup location was convenient and located in a safe area, which made the experience even more seamless.
Overall, this was an excellent rental experience from start to finish. I would gladly rent from this host again and highly recommend them to others. Thanks to this positive experience, Turo has gained a loyal customer, and I will certainly consider it over traditional car rental companies in the future.
