Per usual, a fantastic rental car for our trip. Great communication and a reliable vehicle.

The car was very dirty when I picked it up, and it had an unpleasant smell. The car gets really bad mileage (like 8-10 mpg), and it should see a mechanic about the front wheels. One of the tpms sensors is either bad or the battery is dead on one of them. For someone that solicits “5 stars or don’t rent from me again”, he should probably get those things fixed first. The car was there when I needed a ride, and Philip is nice otherwise.
