We had a wonderful experience, and the van was perfect for what we needed. Our hosts were very accommodating which was extremely helpful, especially with our delayed and canceled flights! Thank you!

Terrible experience was overcharged for a van that I did not originally pick. I was swapped and baited because I thought I was renting an expedition turned out it’s gonna be a van the whole time. Trick you into thinking your getting this black expedition than a couple hour before they will tell you something happened to it and the van is the last minute option they got me good. So I will leave this review so they won’t get no one else. Don’t rely on customer service because even tho the customer is always right not with them they are in on the scam
