The host communicated very well and was extremely kind! The Kia drove just as described. For an older model it really does drive nice!

Brakes went out two days into our trip. Were helpful in resolving it though.

We’re sorry this happened during the trip. The vehicle had recently been serviced at Kia, but an unexpected brake hardware issue developed. We arranged for the repair immediately, which took about two hours, reimbursed the guest’s Uber expenses, and covered the full repair cost. We appreciate Cory working with us while we got the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
