They were kind enough to switch us to another car when our original car didn’t work out. But, they didn’t tell us until the day before. Some of the lights weren’t working in the car, and had some issues with the technology of the car.
vehicle you booked was involved in an accident right before your trip and was not safe to rent, so we moved you to another vehicle to ensure you had transportation during your visit to Seattle. We apologize for the short notice and did our best to accommodate you. Regarding the replacement vehicle, it was fully inspected upon return and no lighting issues were found. However, that vehicle was returned with over $5,000 in damage from the accident during your rental. Ty
