The overall experience was good. Even though I am rating him a 5 star, this host is very helpful and very nice and that’s why still getting a 5 when should be lower. The reason I feel like it should be lower is that the car broke down 2 hours into the trip. This caused a 4 hour delay in the trip. However why he’s still gettinga perfect score is that he worked to swap the car out with another host and drove out to help us swap and then be on our way. If had waited for tow truck and been towed the trip would have ended and I would have had to find way home and etc. so even though it sucked to have the car break down Jonathan drove the 2 hours to us and made a way for us to continue and enjoy the rest of the weekend. So for that I am still giving him a full 5 star.

I apologize a breakdown happened but glad we were able to get you back on the road to finish out your vacation.
The vehicle has been to my shop and thermostat replaced along with a full inspection completed so is all good to go for future trips. Thank you again.

This was our first time using Turo -It was simple and easy to use-our host Jonathan was very helpful I had a couple of questions and he answered them thank you Jonathan- the vehicle ( a van ) was well maintained and dependable-
