This guy is a liar he put a fake claim that I damaged his car and turo approved he only did it after, I called in because the vehicle shut off while I was driving twice the horn didn't work, the driver door doesn't lock the tags expired and the insurance only had 20 days he said.. the radio kept shutting off the mat on dash didn't stay up their, the hazard lights kept cutting on when car wasn't on..the next day I got up to get something out car hazard lights was on.. when I told him abt registration he told me he was waiting for it in mail. Had no paper work to give me at yall to say he applied..
He told me to use the mister car wash sticker he had on car I did go right before I returned car, because of all the rain and dirt from night before.. if paint came off like he claimed it would have been from their but it didn't happen those pictures weren't current, and he has paint missing over whole car with damage.. I have been renting for years never a issue with out reporting it. So he reports because turo removed his car not to mention the air bag light is on. When the car turned off last time. All a sudden the horn works the alarm works . If u push button for key fob it will not lock driver door. So if u take a trip don't leave anything in car someone pull driver door it will open.. I went back to dec werenthese complaints were made abt horn and damage on vehicle chipped paint all over., this has been this way. If turo thinks iam paying 900 for chipped paint wrong ALFRED and turo will see me in court. Never damaged any turo cars, and if I did it would have been reported right away..

Car worked out great did everything I need it to do and the host was very helpful and answered quickly.

Car tend to.pull on right side. Horn dont work. Front bumper damaged, scravhes some places. Car drives fine.

The last guest damaged the bumper I didn’t have a chance to replace the bumper from one day to the next, but it was still safe to drive.
