Excellent service

The car made it back however there was problems with the vehicle. It felt like things were held together by tape and paper clips. Just held up enough for pictures. They need to do engine check the transmission looks like it might be going out as well as the brakes. We also were driving on an expired tags for the car. The tags expired in February. Thank the Lord. We did not get pulled over. The driver far right tire wobbles thank the Lord. We didn’t have it falling off while we were on the highway causing an accident. Need lots of improvement before this vehicle gets back on the road or it gets rented out again. Highly do not recommend this vehicle. Not safe on the streets.

Communication was fast and directions for pick were easy to follow.
Unfortunately we did pick up a piece of metal before beginning our trip and the car doesn’t have a Spare so something to keep in mind

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
