Great vehicle and very well maintained, very clear in communications and instructions. This is our second time using this van, it’s always been a great experience!

Got stuck in the rain wipers were awful smearing the rain making it worse to see contacted host as I was going to buy wipers and get a reimbursement but there was no answer for over 2 hrs. Everything else was fine except for the error on my end of forgetting my license at pick up haha.

Car was great plenty of room for kids and luggage. Ran great and got good gas mileage. Pickup and drop off were phenomenal. Overall great experience

The car was in great condition and worked for our trip perfectly. I wish the pick up and drop off was a little more centrally located since we are on the far west side of town. Other than that, this car was in great condition and my family loved it. Highly recommend.
