Overall pick up and drop off was pretty good experience. Two things to note were no windshield fluid and wheel was shaking a lot during brakes which I think is about breaking system needs maintenance

Edwin’s car was exactly as described and in excellent condition. It was very clean and well-maintained. The check-in and return process were both smooth and easy, and Edwin was quick to respond whenever I had a question. I’d definitely rent from him again if I need a larger vehicle.

For your peace of mind: the Odyssey had a fresh oil change about 200 miles before your trip, the brake pads have under 2,500 miles on them, and the tires are in great shape—rotation and alignment were done at the same time as the oil change. I appreciate you taking great care of the van and would be happy to host you again—whether it’s this Odyssey or a larger vehicle next time!
