Excellent van! It was spotless inside and out, and you can tell the host takes great care of it. The van drove smoothly, felt very reliable, and had plenty of room for our family and luggage. Everything worked exactly as expected, and the pickup and return process was simple and convenient.
The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. I would definitely rent this Nissan Quest again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and dependable 7-passenger vehicle.

The car is reliable. Good on gas. Spacious. Has decent features for a 2016. The car is not as advertised however. It’s pretty beat up on the outside. Lots of rust stains, paint chipping, dings, scratches. Now this isn’t an issue for me entirely but I can’t say I like the negative attention it brought at my job meetings when people saw me valeting and getting out of this and this was a very important meeting I needed to appear my best. The interior is as expected for a 2016 it’s worn and has a slight smoky smell. I personally did not mind all these things but not for a rental I paid for that is pictured as something different. The check in and out were pretty easy but it does lack the lock box and I didn’t feel comfortable gathering the car that was open to public or leaving it that way. I did let the owner know the box wasn’t there got no response and left the car exactly as I found it. I would rent again honestly, but I felt deceived. I wish the owner the best and hopefully he can upkeep it a little better maybe.

Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle location and pickup instructions were clearly provided and the car was successfully picked up after midnight without issue. This is a 2016 vehicle, so normal wear is expected. Regarding the lockbox, Turo no longer allows hosts to use it, so we follow current check-in guidelines. We appreciate your comments.
Pedro was an excellent host! He was very understanding and went above and beyond to accommodate me by adjusting and canceling his other bookings so I could extend my rental during an unexpected situation. The car was clean, well-maintained, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his flexibility and kindness—highly recommend renting from him!
