CHARGED FULL DAY. OUTRAGEOUS.
The Vehicle Operation was Satisfactory.
Little Blemishes noted in Photos that should have been addressed much sooner.
Cleanliness not Great, but, I accepted condition for Convenience.

I don’t feel this review fairly reflects your trip. The vehicle was thoroughly cleaned just 1–2 hours before your pickup and had no mechanical issues. You were unable to return it at your scheduled time and submitted the 2hour extension yourself through Turo. I simply approved your request. Turo, not the host, determines extension pricing. I understand you may be frustrated with the charge, but the cost resulting from a change to your schedule was outside of my control.

Thank you for your feedback. We were surprised by this comment, as the vehicle was inspected immediately after the trip and there was no marijuana odor present. We take cleanliness very seriously and always make sure our vehicles are clean and ready for each guest. We’re sorry that this was your impression, but we were unable to confirm the issue mentioned in this review.
