The car ran smoothly and was reliable. Unfortunately, we had a flat tire and the spare tire was missing.

Because there was no way to determine when it disappeared, I chose not to hold you responsible or charge you for its replacement. The complete spare tire kit has now been replaced, and the issue has been fully resolved. I appreciate your stay and wish you all the best.
This was my first time using Turo. Marcelo was very helpful with providing very specific details and always responded promptly.. Which was a relief as Turo did not.reply in a timely matter or at all. The Van drove great and I felt safe in it. It was especially roomy with the very back seats down to accommodate a lot of luggage. The only thing was the air conditioner wasn't cool. However, be fair, it could have been because of the intense heat as I was in the Palm Springs area. If I needed another van again if rent with Marcelo for sure.
