Excellent! The car was exactly what we needed. It was very clean and everything worked perfectly!
The best part was our host!
Marcelo was absolutely amazing!
I had trouble getting my phone working properly with the app.
He went above and beyond with excellent customer service to make sure I knew where to go and how to get there.
He was extremely patient and very kind.
I honestly don’t know what I would have done without his help.
I wish I could give him a 20-star review!
I will definitely use him on my next visit.
I highly recommend him as a host!
By far the best customer service I have received with a rental car!!
Thank you!
