The location was easy and the host was good. There were some crumbs when we picked it up, but nothing too bad. We dropped it off on time, but didn't think to check out at the time.

I had booked this vehicle last minute in the mist of an emergency and it went great vehicle rides smooth no complaints.

This was a replacement vehicle at the very last minute of a prepaid trip for unlimited miles on our first agreed vehicle…so we didn’t have many options and they weren’t able to accommodate or work with my family from the whole inconvenience itself overall and the fact that we paid for unlimited miles ahead of time, we tried to wait for the first host to finish the maintenance which lead us 2-3 hours behind schedule….the van drove well but it definitely needs body work….the car bumper isn’t secure, the top of the van a couple pieces that came off the van mid highway drive which we shouldn’t be responsible for simply because those pieces clearly weren’t secure at all, the trunk has has a piece that isn’t attached, the automatic doors don’t work at all….but overall we did what was needed
