Pick up was very good, host communication was great. Vehicle was clean and in location as shown for pickup. Unfortunately there was an engine issue which did leave us stranded on a highway on-ramp. Host was able to reach us quickly with a replacement vehicle. The replacement was newer and nice but not as much space as we wanted from the minivan. Overall, though the minivan didn't work out, the host was very good.
